settlers, indi bar & interview...

Hey people,

welcome to all our new subscribers...

I know that some of you out-of-staters missed the interview on abc radio with bernadette young and wanted to hear it...if so, have a listen via the website; two songs and an interview about stuff. find it at:
http://www.simonlondon.com/mp3/full/ABC720SimonAndClem10thMarch2006.wma

a full weekend of gigs:

friday 17th - workshop @ kalamunda
saturday 18th - settlers tavern margaret river - full band - free entry
sunday 19th - indi bar scarborough - simon & clem - free entry

thus the 'month of sundays' residency with Simon & Clem resumes... in fact we've been asked to roll through to mid April now too. shows start around 6:30 pm and are free and casual.

the new album 'Highway State Of Mind' is slated for a May release nationally through MGM.

thanks.
Simon et al

ABC radio and the Indi bar

Hey folks,

A few new developments -

ABC RADIO THIS FRIDAY
This friday arvo Simon & Clem will be on ABC radio with Bernadette Young just after the 3 o'clock news for a few tunes and a chat about life and its meaning thereof. Tune in on the web or on AM720.

INDI BAR
The Clem and Simon residency kicked off on Sunday at the Indi bar - a great start, in fact the residency has been extended in to mid April 'cause the powers that be really liked what was going on. However, if you were coming down, this Sunday 12th March has been cancelled and we'll resume on the 17th for business as usual.

SLAM GIG
The next SLAM gig lineup has been announced and includes the B-Movie Heroes, Saritah, Steve Tallis, Dusk, the Wah Trees; an absolute swag of other blues'n'roots acts, naturally, including Simon London + the Spirits! It's in April. Keep an eye out.

There's a bunch more new shows added to the tour schedule including a return to Settlers in Margaret River. Check out the live shows section of http://www.simonlondon.com to see when that means you.

Hope you can listen in on friday.

Thanks,
Simon et al.
